Our Founder

Leon Barbachano

Mr. Barbachano has a remarkable track record in scaling companies and guiding them toward achieving their desired goals.
Leon has a unique ability to bring well-defined strategies on taking businesses to the next level. With his guidance, your company will streamline and optimize every operation in your business, thus making it more efficient.
He, and his Team, will work with you to build one-year, three-year, and ten-year plans, incorporating clear measurables for every aspect of the business. And you won't just build these plans, but they will guide you to executing them!
Here is a brief summary of Leon's background:
As a proven business leader who has not only worked in almost every role in small businesses, but has helped these businesses achieve substantial, sustainable growth, Leon is very familiar with the challenges (and solutions) of organizing and scaling businesses, from real estate, people, cash flow, to systems and processes.
Leon began his Bachelor of Science in Marketing degree at the University of Alaska, Anchorage, and finished at the University of Phoenix while rising through the ranks from a warehouse worker / delivery driver to CEO for Allen & Petersen Cooking and Appliance Center in Anchorage, AK.
After a few years break from school, Leon went back and earned his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Alabama.
Around that same time, he purchased 50% ownership in Allen & Petersen and located and acquired properties to house the locations for the business.
Leon also (along with two partners) acquired the premier distributor of commercial laundry equipment, chemicals, and services in Alaska.
In addition, Leon, with another partner, founded a company that produces custom trim kits for residential appliances. This business created a relationship with a manufacturer in Canada to build, package, and ship these custom trim kits to customers in the United States. They built out websites and processes to make it easy for customers to create custom solutions for finishing their kitchens.
In 2018, due to a family emergency, Leon sold his interests in his companies to his partners and moved to Utah. Within a few days of arriving in the Lower 48, he was approached by the Buying Group; that he was on the Board of Directors for - Nationwide Marketing Group, West to apply for the position of Vice President, Membership, West.
Leon led a Team of eleven Sales Consultants as they served 1100 Retailers by improving their businesses so they could compete in their local markets. This included a heavy emphasis and involvement in digital marketing, from helping them spec features of websites to reaching out to potential customers via social media and paid advertising.
It was during Leon’s time at Allen & Petersen where he came across the concepts (and a book by the same name) of the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS) - Traction by Gino Wickman.
Leon self-implemented this Operating System in his companies and has also helped over 20 retailers in his time at Nationwide Marketing Group to learn about and engage with Traction.

1. So you're a consultant?
Not exactly. Most consultants come into a business; look around, ask questions, and leave an impressive "book" of what they have learned and what you need to do. And then its up to you to make changes (which is generally not easy), all while trying to keep your business running and paying the bills.
We do things a bit differently. We will ask lots of questions. We will get to know you, your Team and your business. We will learn what your business' strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities are.
We stand by your side and work to implement the things that we KNOW will improve your cash flow, profitability, all while eliminating your stress.
2. How does this work?
It all begins with a 60 minute "Fit" meeting where we meet with you and your Leadership Team to review the proven principles and processes that we will engage in to organize and build out the structure of your business (from values, focus, accountability charts, to 10 year, 3 year, 1 year and quarterly goals - with specific items that we will execute to accomplish them).
If you decide to proceed we begin the process of holding:
a. A Full Day, off site, meeting to build Focus in your business. This will be the start of creating a structure of your new and improved business.
b. A Weekly 90 Minute Meeting which follows a very clear and concise agenda that produces action and holds your team to a higher level of accountability.
c. Accompanying these weekly 90 Minute Meeting, we meet for up to an hour with you and each member of your Leadership Team in 1:1 sessions. In these sessions we work with you and your team to overcome obstacles that they are facing in accomplishing their weekly "to-do's" and their quarterly goals. We are a listening ear, and encouraging partner and an advisor. We become coaches for your people so that they can become the best versions of themselves.
d. After 4 weeks we will meet again for an all day, off site, meeting to build out more of your business plan and we envision more of what your business will become.
e. After 4 more weeks we meet again for an all day, off site, meeting to finalize your business structure, it's core focus, it's purpose for being, and 10, 3, and 1 year plans. All with clear measurables and when we will hit them.
f. Each quarter we meet again in an all day, off site, meeting to review how we did for the past quarter, learn more about how we can improve, and build out our Rocks for the following quarter.
3. Is this just for me and the Leadership Team?
Initially it is. We work with you and your Leadership Team to master these principles. We thenwork with your Leadership Team to help them execute the goals in the Teams that they manage. The end goal is that every person in your organization has 1. a short weekly meeting where they can be brought up to speed as to what is going on in the organization and report back on the progress that they are making on their own goals for the quarter. 2. Has weekly 1:1's with their manager and 3. Has a quarterly review with their manager where they make sure that they are still aligning with the Core Values of the business and that the Get, Want, and have the Capacity to fulfill their Accountabilities.
Everyone in your organization will have the opportunity to be HEARD. And they will have a meaningful part in moving the company forward as they select and conquer their quarterly goals.
4. This sounds expensive. How much does this cost?
We need this to cost enough that you and your team will be serious about engaging with us, and recognizing that this is not just the "flavor of the month" management theory. But that this is truly a new way of organizing and optimizing your business for higher cash flow and profitability.
Interestingly enough, clients who have gone through this program have shared that the cost was much, much less than what they received in return through decreased costs and increased profitability.
So now to the answer to the question:
The cost is $6,000 - $9,000 a month (12 weeks in a quarter). The cost is based on how large the Leadership Team is and how many hours a week will need to be spent working with your Team. There is a minimum commitment of 6 months - with a maximum commitment of 18 months.
5. Whoa! Hold on! 18 Month maximum commitment?
Why is that? Here is the bottom line. If your team truly engages with us our job will be done before we hit 18 months. Your organization will have a strong foundation and structure that scales. You will have systems and processes in place that will streamline how you do what you do. You will have a highly engaged, motivated and accountable team. We will have taught your team how this operating system works and we will have mentored someone to lead this. (And no, it most likely won't be you. It will be someone who loves numbers and details, which generally, is not the entrepreneur who started the business).
